The NMLS Resource Center has a new login experience! Log in to NMLS and confirm your personal, employment, and contact information. If you have not done so already, setup your recovery email and verify your social security number and date of birth.
Step 1:
- Login to the NMLS Resource Center
- Verify your Information
- Setup your Recovery Email
Step 2:
- Check your Individual Dashboard for any items that may block renewal
- Review the Annual Renewal Checklist
Prepare for your Renewal
From your Individual Dashboard, check the status of your Criminal Background Check to ensure no re-submission is required, and confirm there are no outstanding Agency Fee Invoices or other items that may block renewal.
Review the Annual Renewal Checklist Compiler for each of your state licenses
Step 3:
Request Renewal
Click on the Renewals Tab, and request renewal for each of your individual licenses.
The state agencies will review your renewal request and communicate any identified issues through your Individual Dashboard.
Recommended NMLS CE Deadlines
The NMLS recommends completing your 2025 CE according to these renewal deadlines:
- Smart Deadline: Friday, December 5, 2025
- At Risk Deadline: Friday, December 12, 2025
- Guaranteed To Miss: Friday, December 26, 2025
