Discount Tiers -
Upon the date of submission, and thereafter yearly on January 1st at 12:00 am Central Standard Time, all Members will have their progress reset to 0 (zero) sign ups and be enrolled in the CE Advantage Partner plan. While in this plan, Members will earn a 10% discount as a referral reward for each Continuing Education course sign up received through his or her unique affiliate link. These discounts are cumulative, and may stack up to a total of 10 times for a maximum discount of 100% off of one Continuing Education course.
Once the Member has earned 10 referral rewards under the CE Advantage Partner plan, the Member will be removed from the CE Advantage Partner plan and added into the Gold Advantage Partner plan. While in this plan, Members will earn a 10% cash back referral reward for each Continuing Education course sign up received through his or her unique affiliate link. These discounts do not expire. A Member can earn a maximum of 10 referral rewards under the Gold Advantage Partner plan annually.
Once the Member has earned 10 referral rewards under the Gold Advantage Partner plan, the Member will be removed from the Gold Advantage Partner plan and added into the Diamond Advantage Partner plan. While in this plan, Members will earn a 20% cash back referral reward for each Continuing Education course sign up received through his or her unique affiliate link. There is no limit to the number of referral rewards that a Member can earn under the Diamond Advantage Partner plan annually.
For all plans under the Program, a sign up will be considered complete, and the referral reward earned, when the registration information is received and the course is paid in full. Any cash back earned will be calculated off of the amount paid for the Continuing Education course, and will be paid out to the Member via PayPal on a monthly basis during the first full week of the month following the month in which the rewards were earned.
Termination -
Participation in the Program is at will, and may be terminated by the Member at any point by contacting CMS at Support@CatalystMortgageSolutions.com and requesting to be removed from the program. CMS also reserves the right to remove any Member from the Program, without prior notice, if CMS believes that the Members is trying to manipulate the Program in any way to earn rewards above and beyond those specified above, or if the Members' conduct is such that their affiliation with CMS is considered harmful to the mission and business practices of CMS. Examples of such conduct include, but are not limited to, any forms of discrimination or illegal activities, any misrepresentations of CMS' products or offerings, any misrepresentations of the Members' relationship with CMS, and any rude or unprofessional behavior toward CMS employees, affiliates, or customers. In the event that a Member's account is terminated for any reasons, any cash back earned will be paid out during the next payment cycle. If CMS considers the Member's participation in future Continuing Education courses to be harmful to the integrity or atmosphere of the course, then any course discounts earned under the Program will be considered null and void, without any payment or restitution owed to the Member. Otherwise, discounts earned under the Program will still be honored and will not expire.
Catalyst Business Advantage Partner Program
The Catalyst Business Advantage Partner Program (Program) is made available at the sole discretion of CMS, and as such can be terminated at any point without prior notice. In the event that this happens, any discount tiers earned, and any reporting that has already been setup, will be honored through the end of the current calendar year.
Submission of Application -
Companies (Partners) who wish to enroll in the Program may apply by completing the form on the Business Advantage page. Admission into the Program will be at the sole discretion of CMS. If an application into the Program is denied, CMS will reach out at the email address provided with an explanation as to why the application was denied within 1-2 business days.

A representative of CMS (Representative) will be assigned to manage the Member's account. The Representative will reach out to the Member at the Preferred Contact Method selected on the application to complete the setup of the Member's Business Advantage account. The Member's initial discount level will be established based on the procedures outlined below. In addition, the Representative will setup the frequency and content of the reporting that will be provided to the Member, as well as the email address(es) to which the reporting will be sent.
Discount Tier -
At the time of account creation, as well as annually on January 1st, Members' Discount Tier will be set based on the greater of either the number of Continuing Education sign-ups attributed to the Member during the previous calendar year, or year to date (Attributed Sign Ups). A sign-up will be considered as being attributed to the Member if the individual who registered for the course either signed up with an email address that matches the domain name(s) of the Member, or who indicated an affiliation with the Member by using their Discount Code during the registration process, or was authorized to represent the Member in the NMLS Consumer Access Portal at the time of registration.
Discounts will apply to all Continuing Education registrations within the current calendar year attributed to the Member, as indicated above (Eligible Courses). Members who have less than 10 Attributed Sign Ups will not receive any additional discounts. Members who have greater than 10, but less than 25, Attributed Sign Ups will receive a discount of 5% off of Eligible Courses. Members who have greater than 25, but less than 50, Attributed Sign Ups will receive a discount of 10% off of Eligible Courses. Members who have greater than 50, but less than 75, Attributed Sign Ups will receive a discount of 15% off of Eligible Courses. Members who have greater than 75, but less than 100, Attributed Sign Ups will receive a discount of 20% off of Eligible Courses. Members who have greater than 100 Attributed Sign Ups will receive a discount of 25% off of Eligible Courses.
These Discounts will apply immediately to all future registrations for Eligible Courses within the calendar year. Any Attributed Sign Ups which took place during the current calendar year, which were completed at a lesser Discount Tier, will receive a store credit entitling the individual to a discount off of a future Eligible Course equal to the difference between what was paid for his or her Attributed Sign Up, and what the maximum Discount Tier earned by the Member during that same calendar year. This credit has no cash value, and is only eligible to be applied as a discount off of a future Eligible Course.
Reporting -
An Excel report (or equivalent format) will be made available to the Member at the frequency, and to the email address, determined during the Submission of Application process. This report will be provided as an attachment directly on the email, or a link provided where the Member can download the report.
If CMS considers the Member's participation in future Continuing Education courses to be harmful to the integrity or atmosphere of the course, then any course credits earned under the Program will be considered null and void, without any payment or restitution owed to the Member. Otherwise, course credits earned under the Program will still be honored and will not expire.
